Refund & Return Policy

At digital Bazar pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If something isn't right with your order, we are here to help you resolve it quickly. Please read our policy below regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Return & Replacement Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement for your gadget.
To initiate a request, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone at 03160661005 or email us at info.digitalbazarpk@gmail.com.
2. Conditions for an Eligible Return
To qualify for a replacement or refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
Defective/Damaged Items: The gadget arrives dead-on-arrival (DOA), has a functional manufacturing defect, or was physically damaged during transit.
Incorrect Product: You received a different item, color, or model than what you ordered.
Original Packaging: The item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and inside its original retail packaging with all boxes, manuals, charging cables, and accessories intact.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns for gadgets that have been physically broken, dropped, exposed to water, or modified after delivery.
3. Verification Process (Highly Recommended)
To ensure a smooth claim process for items damaged during shipping or missing parts, we kindly ask our customers to make an unboxing video when opening their delivery package for the first time. This video serves as valid proof and helps us process your replacement instantly.
4. How the Process Works
Submit a Request: Contact our support team with your Order ID and photos/videos of the issue.
Item Inspection: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. We will inspect the gadget once it arrives.
Resolution: If approved, we will ship out a brand new replacement product. If a replacement for that specific gadget is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
5. Refund Methods
If a refund is approved, the amount will be sent back to you through your preferred local payment method:
Bank Transfer
Easypaisa / JazzCash
Note: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account after approval.
6. Shipping Costs
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect gadget, digital Bazar pk will cover the return shipping charges.
For change-of-mind returns (where applicable and allowed by our team), the customer is responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
