Shipping & Delivery Policy

At digital Bazar pk, we strive to get your favorite gadgets delivered to your doorstep safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. We ship across Pakistan through leading courier partners (including TCS, Leopards, and PostEx) to ensure seamless handling of your tech.
1. Delivery Timelines
Our delivery durations depend on your location across Pakistan:
Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.): 1 to 3 business days.
Other Cities & Remote Districts: 3 to 5 business days.
Note: Deliveries are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
2. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the gadgets and your delivery city.
Free Shipping Promotion: We offer Free Shipping across Pakistan on all orders above [Insert amount, e.g., Rs. 2,000 or Rs. 5,000].
3. Payment Methods & Order Verification
We offer two main convenient payment modes:
Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay our courier rider in cash at the exact moment you receive your parcel.
Advance Payment: Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash options are available during checkout for faster processing.
⚠️ Important Note on COD Verification: To minimize fake orders and protect transit logistics, all Cash on Delivery orders are subject to verbal or text verification. After placing an order, our team will call or WhatsApp you at 03160661005 to confirm your details. Orders will not be dispatched until they are verified.
4. Real-Time Order Tracking
As soon as your gadget is packed and handed over to our courier company, we will send you a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email. You can use this tracking number on our partner courier website to monitor your shipment's journey in real time.
5. Delivery Attempt Rules
Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your package up to 2 times at your specified shipping address.
If you are unavailable, the rider may call your provided number (03160661005). Please ensure your phone is active. If the parcel cannot be delivered after two attempts, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
6. Inspection & Damaged Shipments
Electronic items are sensitive. While we wrap our products securely in high-quality bubble wrap, accidents can happen during transit.
If you receive a package that looks explicitly torn, crushed, or tampered with from the outside, please record a video while accepting it or contact us immediately.
Unboxing Video Policy: For a smooth return/replacement claim on any broken, missing, or incorrect gadgets, we strongly advise recording a continuous unboxing video when opening the parcel box for the first time.
